FHM 2009 completed with success

After 4 days of extra hardwork promoting our products, the FHM 2009 finally closed at 5.00p.m on 14 August 2009. I've a great experience promoting Felchlin couvertures & fillings to the visitors. Seems like not many people really know about Felchlin. And I feel like I'm more into educating people about couvertures..... surprised that many people have not seen a cocoa plant, cocoa pods & cocoa beans before. Really have fun being the educator....Our booth is 1 of the most popular in the hall coz we have most of the ingredients for the baking & confectionery industry. Our products ranging from cake mixes, bread mixes, gelato, machinery, sugar cane machine, flavourings, couvertures, chocolate decoration items, purees & other non food items realated to the industry. It's tiring but it's a great experience for me & my colleagues. This is the first time I'm involved in exhibition related to food & it's much more complicated compared to other exhibitions.
