J.CO Donuts

Finally, i gt the chance 2 buy the J.Co donuts without having to queue... he he he. Was at Pavillion yesterday meeting a potential client, passed by the outlet - the first time i saw no queue... Yeah.... I can buy the donuts without having 2 queue. So i went in & choose 6 flavours. In total, i think they hv no less than 20 types...

There's donut craze here in M'sia..... the other popular brand is Big Apple. Last time before Big Apple & J.Co came onboard, the popular one were Dunkin Donut. Nowadays, everywhere u go that u can see a donut store, it'll be packed with ppl. Really crazy la.... 6 pieces costs me RM12.50. Expensive man.. Anyway, my curiosity gt the better of me 2 try out the donuts... I dun really fancy them but for me it's quite okla... at last i've tasted both Big Apple & J.Co

Last Sunday I went to my friend's wedding dinner at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. I went there alone & manage 2 meet up with 1 of my fren whom i did not met for the past 5 years.

There's another guy which I know from my GEP days at AIA 6 years + ago. Wedding invitation card stated it started at 7p.m but we waited for more than 1 & 1/2 hours before the dinner being served. Man.... I'm hungry la... I think it's quite a norm in KL for wedding dinner to start late. I've been to many wedding dinners in KL - usually the dinner were served about 1 1/2 hrs later than the stated time. This is especially for Chinese wedding dinner. It's such a bad habit. This is what I do to pass time while waiting for the food...

Next is the gathering which I planned earlier 2 celebrate Li Yenn's belated birthday... in the end only few turned up... see pic. We hv dinner at Wendy's burger ( fast food) - my fren Li Yenn & myself haven't eaten there coz it's quite new in Malaysia (apparently the fast food join used to be operating in M'sia in the past but closed down - now it reopened) so we decided to hv dinner there. But I found out that the food there doesn't taste good... I give it 5/10. Lousy lousy..... Happy Belated Birthday Li Yenn

2. See dr. - regarding my non-stop period... apparently it stop already NOT DONE, clinic not open, went 2 another clinic too many ppl. I can't wait anymore so planning 2 come back 2 KL & go 2 c the dr. which was recommended by my fren

3. go 2 bank - change my signature DONE - as well as transfer 2 FD a/c.

4. if gt time, see dentist. NOT DONE.. really hv 2 c him coz i know my teeth is not in good condition anymore - gt hole ... i keep on procastinating.

5. What else? of course spend time with my parents.... THIS ONE IS THE BEST.. I've been spending valuable time with my parents...$$$$ Cannot buy 1.

So now am back at KL & gotta work... Sigh....

Going green with Canon

Last Sunday, I went tree planting with Canon under the Canon Goes Green project. Registration starts from 7.30a.m onwards. I got an invite from my sis & I sign up for it. Surprisingly, i saw many many people were there too, probably more than 2500 partipants from all walks of life, young, old, male, female, differents races etc come together for this environmental friendly activities. Got a green T-shirt coz we are going green hence we get this green T-shirt & some other freebies + free food, free toilet.....I lost count of how many trees i planted. I was initially in Group 1 but later i changed to Group 5 together with my sis. Look at the pics below.....tree planting process ....

Today, I received an email from Betty Leo, PIC for Canon Goes Green updating me on the event this Sunday, I'll be in Group 1 - Cengal. But I don't have any green shirt wor....Yes, I am going for tree planting. It's been quite awhile since I'm invloved in any outdoor activities. My jogging regime has been put on hold for a few months already. It's time to restart my keeping fit plan again. Anyway, I'll update more on the event after this Sunday...if possible with pics.

Recently went to Jaya One for some food. My first time there was 2 Sundays ago for yum cha at Old Town Cafe, 2nd time was on last Sunday for dinner @ Halo Cafe.

I've always passed this place but never been inside. I found that this place is quite happening, some of the outlets are crowded with people. Some of the outlets operating @ Jaya 1 - Wendy's; Overseas Restaurant; Old Town Cafe; Nando's; Starbucks; Brussels Beer, Fireman & others. Parking is free after 6p.m - good ones. Busy Week

I feel busy this week. Monday & Tuesday was busy with visiting my customers & presenting to them on Christmas collections. Today & tomorrow is Seminar Day @ Pastry Pro on our new products - PCB from France = fashions of pastry. Friday is demo day @ my customer place. I just feel like too many things to do at 1 go... sometimes it feels so difficult to multitask - so many things that criss-crossing my mind & memory, & i lost focus easily, keep on switching. Aarrrggghhhh....looks like i have lots of things 2 learn on how 2 multitask or should i say i should reorganise my life first. I'm in a mess now.... i need a break... a holiday... whatever u called it.

Plus I need to work on my AIA as well, i got terminated coz i dun submit any life cases for 6 months. This makes me agitated & frustrated. By hook or by crook, i need 2 submit cases for me 2 b reinstate as agent & qualify 2 Switzerland... wish me for the best.

What a Saturday?

Today, I met with an accident... my car was hit by another car.. such a long story. I was at traffic light turning right & my car got hit by another car coming straight from opposite direction. I insists that I'm right coz the traffic light is faulty - hence I turned right. I didn't saw that car coming but i think he drove very fast. That's y he banng into the left side back of my car -left side tyre at the back. But surprisingly for me, I'm very cool & calm this time - not panic at all. Anyway, bboth of us are ok - our car only has minor damages. Initially, he asked to settle outside insisting that he's right. He actually working inside UM & he went to his wkplace delivering stuff, his fren advised to settle for RM200.00 but I insisted NO coz I thought tat I'm not wrong...let the police decide. So both of us went to PJ Police St. 2 make report. The policeman told me I'm at fault coz during traffic accident, priority will go to those who go straight rather than those making turns. I argued saying that i alrady make the turn when he bang into me, he said in this type of circumstances, usually fault will be at those making turn. The fine is RM300 but he told me can reduced to RM200 - to be settled at Bkt. Aman. So now i dun hv receipt yet. Report only be out on Monday. But there were so many ppl in the police station making reports on traffic accidents. Can't imagine how many ppl involved in traffic accidents a day. I saw no less than 10 cases during my report at the police station today.

In addition to that, AIA has sent a termination letter to me coz i dun hv any life cases for the past 6 mths. I hope to close cases soon & reinstate my agent contact again.. aigh.. what a saturday.. hopefully 2mw will be better.
